5:30 PM - Meet on band practice field to run pregame
6:00 PM - Meet on Central Terrace to dress and warm up
6:45 PM - Parade block on central terrace
7:00 PM - Band prepare to troop to football stadium and Charlie Woodford Field
7:20 PM - Pregame Show begins (America the Beautiful, Star Spangled Banner, School Song)
7:30 PM - Kick Off - For the first half, the band will sit in the end zone bleachers and play stands tunes. When 6 minutes are remaining in the 2nd quarter, we will warm up. We will take the field for half time as soon as the second quarter is over.
8:15 PM - Approximate time for halftime - after halftime, the band will exit the field toward side 1 and continue to the band room for dismissal. Parents we will not be doing the spiral at this time so that we can quickly put things away and dismiss students back to the game (if they wish). Once we dismiss, students are free to go. See special instructions for Saturday games)
Times may adjust slightly as instructions may be given.
During the first half of the game we will SIT in the end zone bleachers in your section. You may not randomly get up and wander around. You must stay with the band and in your section.
Uniform plans for each game will be different.
September 6 - Dri Fit under your uniform for the game. We will wear full uniform if the weather is nice (and if they have come in). Otherwise, we will plan to have guard in full uniform and band in blue tops.
September 21 - Summer uniform (bibbers and dri fit shirt) for pregame (depending on weather) - Performance shirts for half time - Again, this is all dependent upon weather.
October 18 - Performance shirts for pregame (depending on weather... if it is still warm, we will wear summer uniform) - Performance shirts for half time
October 25 - Performance shirts for pregame (depending on weather... please be flexible). We are returing from BOA for this performance.
