Prelims Itinerary

Friday, October 27, 2023

3:35 PM - On turf at East for a visual rehearsal - Basics for 15 minutes - 
4:15 PM - Rehearsal ends - Trailers will be loaded. Nothing will need to be loaded. Leave to go to a nearby fast food place for an early dinner. 
5:00 PM - Be back to dress in full uniform. 
5:20 PM - Load buses and depart for St. Louis (we may load from the student parking lot this time.)
6:00 PM - Arrive in St. Louis - Immediately line up - Seniors, as soon as we get off the bus, meet in front of the white band truck for the pinning ceremony! 

6:55 PM - 7:10 PM - Physical Warm Up
7:15 PM -7:45 PM - Music Warm Up
7:00 PM - 7:30 PM - Pit/ Drum Line Warm Up
7:35 PM - Pit Report Time (go to props)
7:50 PM - Band Report Time 
8:00 PM - Perform
8:15 PM - Picture at Dome

We will have a sign up for those of you wanting to return for finals competition on Saturday. If you return to watch finals, the cost is $5 per student and we will leave around 6:30 PM to arrive by the start time. We may need a chaperone or two depending on how many want to return.
