8:30 AM - On turf at East for a visual rehearsal - Basics for 15 minutes - Wear your show shirt.
11:00 AM - Rehearsal ends - Move equipment to trailers to be loaded. Wind instruments and drum line will go on Trailer 3. Everything else will go to their normal trailer.
11:15 AM - Grab lunch at East stadium
12:00 Noon - Load Buses and depart for Dome
12:30 PM - Arrive in St. Louis - Get wrist bands and go in to watch a few bands. Stay together. There won't be time to visit concessions. Return to buses to dress after watching Wentzville Liberty at 1:30.
2:15 PM - Be dressed and ready to troop in for a relaxed and focused warm up.
2:40 PM - Troop to Physical Warm Up
3:10 PM - 3:25 PM - Physical Warm Up
3:30 PM -4:00 PM - Music Warm Up
3:15 PM - 3:45 PM - Pit/ Drum Line Warm Up
3:50 PM - Pit Report Time (go to props)
4:05 PM - Band Report Time
4:15 PM - Perform
4:30 PM - Picture at Dome
Immediately after we finish pictures, we will return to the buses to change. After we change, we will re-enter the stadium and watch bands. We will have two different times to return to East so please be aware of which bus to load. Guard will still load bus 1 and if you are returning early, you will be assigned a different bus. We should be back inside for the last block starting at 6:15 PM. The first buses will return after O'Fallon at 8:00 PM and the last buses will load up immediately after Bentonville at 9:30.
All of that said, we will not be performing at Friday night's game due to timeline and safety concerns.
For Saturday, we will meet in the band room at East at 3:15 PM. Awards start at 3:30 PM and we will find out then whether or not we make it in to the big show. If we do make finals, we will immediately communicate what we are doing. If we do not make finals, we will have a bus or two returning to the dome to watch finals. It will leave East at approximately 6:00 PM. We will stay and watch through the last group and then return. More info on this to come.
We will have a sign up for those of you wanting to return for finals competition on Saturday in the event that we don't make it. If you return to watch finals, the cost is the wrist band that you wore for prelims and we will leave around 6:30 PM to arrive by the start time. We may need a chaperone or two depending on how many want to return.
