Some students will arrive earlier if volunteering. Official arrival time for all of the East band is 4:00 PM. You will check in at the trailer by scanning a qr code. We will have assignments for you when you arrive. If you are not assigned to something specific, you will be a floater and go where needed. 

 
5:15 PM - Meet at trailers and start getting prepared for our performance. 
5:30 PM - Winds be dressed and ready to warm up
6:15-7:00 PM - Music Warm Up
6:15-6:50 PM - Pit Warm Up
7:05 PM - Performance Report Time (Ready Gate)
7:15 PM - Performance
8:00 PM - Move to End Zone to Wait for Awards - Immediately after awards, meet in end zone as a group for final instructions for clean up of the West campus.
