2022 Junior High Band Camp

The 2022 Junior High Summer Band Camp is open to any student who is entering 5 - 8 grades and has played their instrument for at least one full school year. We will perform fun music while focusing on fundamental skills!

Camp times are Monday through Friday, June 20-24, from 9:30 - 11:00 AM with a final performance on Friday, June 24 at 11:00 AM in the Belleville East Performing Arts Center.

Basic Information

Our focus will be to have a great time making music and new friends who will enjoy the commeraderie that is band. Band through the past two years has not been "Real" in that Zoom calls and google classroom can only do so much. Everyone has done such a great job of getting back to reality and we want to continue that mission.

We will have daily rehearsals from 9:30-11:00 AM at Belleville East High School culminating with a final performance at 11:00 AM on Friday.

Belleville East High School Instrumental Music Faculty along with high school students from the Marching Lancers leadership team will be leading rehearals.

Belleville East Band Camp is not covered by accident insurance. Please check with your Health Insurance carrier. The Board of Education of District 201 assumes no liability for accidents that may occur.

The fee for the camp is $65 and includes a camp t shirt.
